Thank you for choosing Deluxury for your transportation needs. We strive to provide you with a luxurious and comfortable experience. Please take a moment to review our terms and conditions:

  1. Reservations: All reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. For last-minute reservations, please contact us directly.
  2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the pickup time will result in a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total reservation cost.
  3. Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of the reservation. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks. A credit card will be required to secure the reservation.
  4. Gratuity: A 20% gratuity will be added to the total fare for all rides. The gratuity is optional and can be adjusted or removed at the client’s discretion.
  5. Damage or Cleaning Fee: Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during their ride. Clients will also be charged a $250 cleaning fee for any spills, stains, or damage caused by the client or their guests.
  6. Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all of our vehicles. Clients will be charged a $250 cleaning fee if smoking is detected.
  7. Personal Belongings: Deluxury is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings left in the vehicle.
  8. Safety: Clients are required to always wear seat belts during the ride. Deluxury reserves the right to terminate the ride at any time if the client or their guests pose a safety risk.
  9. Alcohol and Drugs: The consumption of alcohol and drugs is strictly prohibited in our vehicles. Deluxury reserves the right to terminate the ride at any time if alcohol or drug consumption is detected.
